Level 3 of 5 today, aiming for 41 good1 being fixed13 planned1 waiting on access1 doesn't apply

Your site is at level 3 of 5 today: Google and AI tools can reach it and the core product details are there, but there are errors and gaps. Level 4 is the AI-ready benchmark. We re-score at phase 5, once the bigger fixes are live, so the level doesn't move with each small fix.

What we've done

Everything we've changed so far that helps you show up in Google, Google Shopping and AI search, and why each one matters. Every change is recorded and can be reversed.

23 Oct
Old addresses that forwarded to a dead page now go to the right live page

These old addresses were already set to forward somewhere, but to pages that no longer exist. Each now lands on the same piece at its current address or, where the piece has gone, the closest live range.

Why it matters: Visitors land on the page they were after instead of an error, and Google passes the old address's standing on to the live page.

20 Oct
Checked 2,229 of your pages the way Google and AI tools read them

Every page read as raw code, alongside a year of your Search Console data and Google's own check on each page. See it →

Why it matters: It tells us what is holding the site back and in what order to fix it. The 17-point scoreboard tracks each fix.

Questions for you

For each page below we've written what we'll do and why. Tick OK, or choose Change and tell us what you'd like instead. Anything you leave alone, we'll go ahead with. When you're done, press Send at the bottom of the screen.

1Pages listed twice

Each of these is on your site twice. Two copies of one page split the visits and the attention from Google between them, so neither does as well as one would. A forward sends visitors, and Google, from one copy to the other, and nothing is deleted. We've picked the copy Google already prefers to keep.

OK to forward each one as shown?

1.2/new-arrivals/gold-chain-bracelet-with-cross-timeless-elegance-in-18kt
The Gold Chain Bracelet with Cross, listed a second time under New Arrivals
The same bracelet in your Chain Bracelets range, which Google shows more often (39 times to 22 in 90 days) and which stays put when it's no longer new.
1.3/engagement-ring-spotlight-halo-engagement-rings
Your 'Engagement ring spotlight: Halo engagement rings' article, published twice
The second copy is the one Google prefers (410 times shown in 90 days, to 112).
1.4/engagement-rings/side-diamonds/oval-cut-lab-engagement-ring
The Oval Cut Lab Engagement Ring, listed twice at the same price
The other listing is the one Google shows more (38 times to 9 in 90 days). If it's the older one you'd rather keep, tell us and we'll do it the other way.

Site health check: 17 points

We check your site on 17 points, the way Google and AI search tools read it. This is where each one stands; it changes as the fixes go live. What we found is from 20 Oct 2026.

The biggest things still to fix

  • 1,902 of your 2,212 main pages are in Google.
  • 44 phrases Google shows use wording your brand kit rules out.
  • 17 of the 30 old addresses that forwarded to a dead page now go to the right page (23 Oct). The rest are still in the plan for phase 1.

Point by point

Can Google and AI tools find you?
Google and AI tools can reach your sitecrawler access, sitemap

Google and the AI search tools we checked can reach every kind of page on your site. 1 AI training crawler is blocked by your crawler rules, which leaves your brand out of what future AI models learn; search and today's AI answers aren't affected. 6 bots get into private pages, such as the cart and account pages, because of how the crawler rules are grouped. 228 pages in the list you give Google are dead or forward elsewhere.

Planned
Phase 3
Your pages are in Googleindexing

1,902 of your 2,212 main pages are in Google; the detail lists each of the rest with Google's reason. 2 pages answer normally but show an error or nothing of their own.

Planned
Phase 4
Your marketsmarkets, hreflang

Your site sells to one market, Australia, on one address, so there's nothing to set up for other countries.

Now: Nothing to do.

A brand note for AI assistantsllms.txt

The short file AI shopping assistants read about your brand holds crawler rules rather than a description of you.

Planned
Phase 4
Is the site in good working order?
Links that go nowherebroken links, redirects

1 address your site links to leads to a dead page. 3 of the links are mistyped addresses, so they lead nowhere. 30 old addresses forward to a dead page. 101 links point at an old address that forwards, rather than straight at the page.

Now: 17 of the 30 old addresses that forwarded to a dead page now go to the right page (23 Oct). The rest are still in the plan for phase 1.

Done so far: Old addresses that forwarded to a dead page now go to the right live page. See it →

Being fixed
Phase 1
Every page shows its own contentduplicate and stray pages

80 pages show another page's content instead of their own. 4 ad and campaign pages are live with no search traffic of their own. 55 pages look like copies of other pages, with no visitors and no menu links. 4 pairs of pages are copies of each other.

Planned
Phases 2 and 3
Page headings and descriptionsH1s, meta descriptions

81 pages have no main heading. 138 pages show two main headings, which can leave Google unsure which one is the page's. 103 pages have no description at all. 52 pages show a main heading that belongs to another page or section.

Planned
Phases 2 and 3
Pages that load smoothlyCore Web Vitals

Pages load smoothly for real visitors: nothing is in Google's poor band.

Now: Nothing to do.

Good
Image labels and weightalt text, image weight

6 product and article images have no useful label for search engines and screen readers. 9 more image tags have no label at all.

Planned
Phase 2
Does Google understand what you sell?
What people see for you in Googletitles and meta descriptions

100 pages show in Google but win fewer clicks than your other pages at the same position. 1 group of pages shows generic text from an app or theme template in Google.

Planned
Phase 2
Product details Google reads, like reviewsstructured data, GTINs

9 pages fail Google's own check on their product details. 1 product page describes the product more than once, which gives Google conflicting details. 1 of the delivery and returns details is stated differently on different pages. Most of your 1,776 product pages leave a brand, a barcode, a rating, shipping details and returns details out of their product details, which Google's free product listings read.

Planned
Phase 2
Do your pages and other sites vouch for you?
Links between your own pagesinternal linking

121 pages have no link from anywhere on your site. 116 of your 116 articles don't link to a product.

Planned
Phase 1

How we checked

Where the data on this page came from.

  • 2,229 pages read as their raw HTML on 20 October 2026, the way AI crawlers read them, plus Google's own check on each.
  • Your Google Search Console data from 18 October 2025 to 18 October 2026 (clicks, searches and rankings, all countries).
  • Page speed from Google's real-visitor data (mobile).
  • Your store's products, pages and settings read through our app.
  • The level uses Team Empathy's AI search maturity model (technical pillar), where level 4 is the AI-ready benchmark.
